1. Introduction

Photo Utility Studio (the "App") is provided by KFM CLEANING & FACILITIES LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), United Kingdom.

We respect your privacy and are committed to explaining how the App accesses, processes, stores, and shares information.

Photo Utility Studio is designed as an offline image utility. Its image-editing and document-creation functions run on your Android device without an account or a cloud-processing service.

2. Information the App Accesses and Processes

When you choose to use a feature, the App may access photos or images that you select through Android's file-selection interface.

Those files may contain image pixels, filenames, file sizes, dimensions, and embedded metadata such as EXIF information. For image-to-PDF and batch operations, the App processes the files you select.

The App also maintains a local record of exported files, which may contain an export filename, a file location or content URI, the tool used, output format, and the export date and time.

Certain interface preferences and temporary processing files may also be stored on the device to support the App's functions.

These files and details are processed locally to provide features such as compression, resizing, cropping, rotation, format conversion, watermarking, selective blur, metadata removal, batch processing, PDF creation, before/after comparison, and export history.

3. Collection and Transmission of Data

The current App does not automatically upload your selected photos, processed images, PDFs, local export history, or embedded photo metadata to servers operated by us or by a cloud-editing provider.

It does not require registration or sign-in.

The App does not include in-app advertising, analytics tracking, or a cloud-sync service. It does not request an internet connection for its image-processing functions.

Local access and processing should not be confused with remote collection: the App can read files you choose for editing, but it does not send those files to us.

4. Data Sharing and User-Initiated Actions

We do not sell your photo content or local export history. We do not automatically share them with advertisers or data brokers.

When you explicitly save or share an exported image, ZIP, or PDF using Android's system interfaces, the destination and any receiving app or service are chosen or enabled by you.

Files shared with another app, cloud storage service, or recipient are then subject to that recipient's privacy practices. We do not control those external services.

5. Support Communications

If you choose to contact us by email at [email protected], we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily send.

This communication takes place through your selected email service, not through automatic in-app collection.

We use support information to respond to requests, troubleshoot reported issues, and maintain necessary correspondence.

We retain it only as reasonably needed for those purposes or as required by applicable law.

You can request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us, subject to applicable legal obligations. Your email provider may handle your message under its own privacy terms.

6. Permissions and File Access

The App uses Android's system document/photo-selection and save mechanisms to let you choose input files and export destinations.

Its current configuration does not request broad photo-library access, location, contacts, microphone, camera, or internet permissions.

The App only needs access to the files that you select for a requested operation. Android may manage permission grants for those selected files or chosen save locations.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Original files stay in the locations from which you selected them unless you independently change or delete them.

Exported images, PDFs, and ZIP files remain in the destination you choose until you remove them.

The App stores its export-history index locally. You can remove individual history entries or clear the history in the App; removing a history shortcut does not necessarily delete the actual exported file.

Processing cache and temporary files may be cleaned by the App or Android as appropriate.

Uninstalling the App generally removes its app-private settings and history but does not necessarily remove exports saved to user-selected locations.

For files saved outside the App's private storage, you can use your device's file manager or other appropriate system tools to delete them.

8. Security

We use Android's app-storage and document-access mechanisms to limit access to application-specific data and user-selected files.

Because processing takes place on your device, photos do not need to be transmitted to a cloud-processing server to use the App.

Files saved or shared outside the App may be accessible to other apps or services depending on the destination and your device settings.

The App does not promise encryption of every exported file. Keep your device secure and use trusted export destinations.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-purpose image utility and is not designed specifically for children.

We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information through the App.

If a child or parent sends information to our support address, they may contact us to request its deletion, subject to applicable law.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You control which files you select, which editing features you use, and where you save or share the results.

You can clear the local export-history index, delete exported files from your device, or uninstall the App.

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you voluntarily provided to us for support by emailing [email protected].

We will review requests in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, technologies, or data practices change.

We will revise the effective date and make the updated policy available through the App and our public privacy-policy page.
